Going the Extra Mile for Our “Web” Clients

One of our web clients was having problems with their computer being able to see the rest of their computers on their network. They asked if we could stop by to assist. We sent over one of our senior technicians on his way into work.  He reported the following in our ticket system after his return from the client visit:

“There was a spider web on the network switch.  I unplugged the switch and blew the web out.  After plugging in the switch, the network works again.”
